Should I make a 'how to pixel art' tutorial and a resource pack?

As the title states shall i? i mean make a base with no houses just road and grass and some fence, wall, house and car samples? simple question but shall i?

Since sooooo may people do it, i have decided to make pixel art Pokemon fakemon and impossible cross breeds for points Pokemon (will also recolour if wanted) in specific position: 10 :points: Fakemon (specific description of what is wanted needed): 20 :points: Impossible cross breeds(breeds wanted need to be stated) : 20 :points: *With a specific background of and town from any region add 5 :points: *If you want it animated in any form add 10 :points: all will be .png images with a transparent background unless specified otherwise, none of the images will have any kind of watermark or anything stating i made it
